The storage of resources necessary to make the Site available to the public, as well as the storage of user data, is provided either by an OVALTO service provider (the host) or directly by OVALTO, both located in France. The host is bound to OVALTO by a specific agreement regarding the confidentiality of the data it stores and is required to respect all the principles set out in the legal notice.
Personal data is stored on servers located in France, with all reasonable security measures in line with current practices. Transmissions of personal data between the various information systems of OVALTO’s digital platform are carried out using SSL encryption technology.
